6. Reinforcements within the body
Partitions (frames) for a static model
All reinforcements are made of pasteboard/hard karton, but you can also use such materials as plasticard.
10. Outcutted body, not yet joined together.
11. Partitions (2 mm pasteboard) which should have the same breadth as the bottom plate. Paint them in dark grey.
Reduce the lower margin of the partitions with the thickness of the bottom plate!
Assemble the partitions within the body, as on the picture.
Join together the edges of the foil, edge-to-edge with universal glue.
The joints should be reinforced on the inside with a piece of foil (or thin pasteboard) . Watch up for waste of glue on the
window glass!

11. Roof reinforcement (1 mm pasteboard). Bend it into the same shape as on the drawing.
12-13. Side wall reinforcements (1 mm pasteboard, or as thick as the chassis allow) with window openings.
14. Reinforcement inside the front end (1 mm pasteboard)
For the stability´s sake, I´ve fit the body with 2 extra partitions, who reach down as much as the height of the chassis allow.
Hollow out small openings at the side wall reinforcements, corresponding to the fastening "spikes" of the chassi-frame.
Fill the openings with glue, to get a hard surface.
